Very helpful staff, eager to assist in providing information. Great breakfast - not exactly gourmet but still with a very suitable variety. Wifi for free in the breakfast area. Short walk to both the train station and the bus stop, as well as easy access to local shops. Verona Airport is quite close (providing you have a car), but not close enough for the airplanes to be any cause of disturbance. Large room, magnificent bathroom, everything catering to the needs of the visitor. Everything extremely clean. A safe is provided in the closet for safekeeping of documents, etc. My stay has been nothing but a pleasure.
Absolutely nothing comes to mind.

Very welcoming, beautiful hotel and room. Only 15' by car from the Arena of Verona. Perfect for visiting Verona and surroundings.
A little bit noisy owing to a bar/ restaurant nearby.

The room was spotless and welcoming, despite the plain exterior of the hotel. The manager was extremely courteous and accommodating. Best 2-star I've ever stayed in!

Super "Value for Money"! Very cosy, clean family hotel with a good bathroom. Breakfast is modest, but good for Italy;) fresh croissants, fruits, good cofee, cheese and ham.
we arrived at 22-00 an the hotel was closed, we have to make a phone call from mobile to get someone there.

The hotel was extremely clean. It was in walking distance to the city center w/ alot of shopping nearby. The rooms we a little small, but perfect for two people that are out and about visiting. The breakfast was very good, and the time was perfect from 7-11. It's good to sleep in. Many very good wine bars around as well, with alot of to-go pizza shops.
There wasn't anything that was negative about the hotel except the location. If you want to be in downtown Verona, this hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from Verona Center.

Staff flexability. Overall value for money. Ease of accommodation
Couldn't dial Internationally but this was overcome by the hotel staff who didn't charge for the call.

Best hotel in Italy so far, it´s placed in a little town connected to Verona by train, which takes 15-20 min to take you to Porta Nuova station, the very begining of every walk through Verona. Place is awesome, people are very friendly and you will not regret staying here!
